Great driver/taxi in Bali

Putu was our driver for 4 excursions during our recent visit to Sanur and Ubud. He was wonderful. Always bang on time, always safe and careful in Bali's crazy traffic in his comfortable, clean, air-con car (minivan). Friendly and polite,with good English, he became our tour guide as well as driver. We'll definitely use him again on our next trip, including picking us up from the airport (rather than the hotel service). My rule-of-thumb is $40 (AUD) for car+driver+petrol for the day (6 hours), which probably includes a small tip but I'm happy to pay an extra dollar or two for someone I know who is reliable, safe, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
